1. PRICING PLAN
"Real estate for rent"

When the property is rented out,
10% of the net rent (excluding utilities) plus VAT 21% for each month, the minimum amount if the property unit is rented is CZK 1800 / month, plus VAT 21%
 
What is included in the services,
  • Communication with the tenant during the term of the contract, resolving current issues, completing keys, etc.,
  • Communication with the HOA, if necessary, opening an apartment to take meter readings,
  • Attending annual HOA meetings

 

The commission for brokering the lease in the case of a unit of real estate in administration is 50% of the monthly rent plus VAT, provided that the apartment is in administration for at least a year, this value includes:

  • Advertising your apartment
  • Search for a tenant
  • Preparation and signing of the contract
  • Transfer of an apartment based on the protocol
  • Photo documentation
  • Monitoring the performance of a contract condition

2. PRICING PLAN
"real estate is not rented out"

When the property is not rented out,
Fixed amount - CZK 500 / month plus VAT 21%
 
What is included in the services,
  • Check the apartment once a month and send a video to the owner.
  • Interaction with the HOA, including access to the apartment to take meter readings if necessary.
  • Attending annual HOA meetings
 
additionally
  • Small and large tasks can be completed at a cost of 500 CZK per hour. (Construction work and materials are paid separately)
  • Preparation of recalculations for utility bills — one-time 2000 CZK per recalculation, plus VAT 21%
*If the apartment was not previously under our management, the commission for renting it out is the amount of the monthly rent plus 21% VAT.
**In case of a request to manage several properties or private houses, the commission is set individually.
