First contact

So that I can use your time effectively during the meeting, I need to prepare in advance. To do this, I just need to know briefly about your request.

Meeting

If you are in Prague, we can arrange a meeting at our office located at Spalena 29/27, Prague 1. For this purpose, it is necessary to pre-arrange a convenient time for you. If you are not in the city, we can contact you by email or via instant messengers (WhatsApp, Telegram). I will be able to choose the most convenient time for your arrival.

Providing additional information

After a detailed discussion of the project and a personal conversation, I draw up a comprehensive proposal and send it to you by email so that you can read it at any convenient time.

Contract

If you are ready to start cooperation, I will send you a service agreement. It contains all the conditions, cost and terms. Before you start selecting purchase options, you must make an advance payment.

When selling an object, we start preparing for a photo shoot immediately after signing the contract and start advertising on the sites. When selecting options, after signing the contract and paying the advance payment, we jointly select objects, create a viewing schedule, and negotiate with sellers or agencies. It is important to prepare in advance for financial issues: how money will be transferred, whether mortgage lending will be required, and whether currency exchange is required.
